Thank you for being the heart of our community.

🌟 2025 in Review: Our Local Highlights

This year, we've focused on showcasing the island's authentic soul, and we’re so glad you came along for the ride. Our local highlights included:

  • The Tramuntana Trio: We recently got deep into the history and hidden corners of Valldemossa, which proved to be a huge hit. That quiet mountain magic is exactly what so many of you are searching for!

  • The Cycling Craze: Our focus on low-season travel and bike hire has helped hundreds of you plan your own epic rides on the famous roads of the north. Mallorca's reputation as a cycling paradise is only growing!

  • The Sustainable Shift: We were thrilled to see so many of you engaging with our content on responsible tourism and visiting the island year-round. You are helping to keep Mallorca green and gorgeous!

🗺️ Sneak Peek: What’s Coming in 2026

We're already mapping out a year packed with even more authentic tips and guides, focusing on the places locals love and the emerging trends that make Mallorca unique.

🚴 For the Adventurer

The first quarter of the new year is all about adrenaline and activity. Look out for our detailed guides on:

  • The Sóller Train & Port: The classic wooden train journey from Palma to Sóller is a must-do. We’ll cover the best places to stay, the stunning architecture, and how to enjoy the sunset from Port de Sóller.

  • Upcoming Cycling Events: Get ready for the Mallorca Challenge Cycle in late January and the monumental Mallorca 312 in April. We’ll bring you tips on the best viewing spots and training guides.

🏡 For the Cultural Explorer

We're continuing our deep dive into the mountains and will soon bring you guides to our favourite neighbours:

  • Deià & Fornalutx: Following Valldemossa, we’ll turn our attention to the exclusive village of Deià and the endlessly picturesque Fornalutx—often called Spain’s most beautiful village.

  • Local Wine & Gastronomy: We’ll be sharing tips on the best local vineyards and traditional Mallorca restaurants where you can truly taste the island's heritage.

💡 Our Top Tip for the Holidays

If you're lucky enough to be on the island right now, our best tip is to soak up the atmosphere in Palma. Take a stroll through the old town to see the festive lights, grab a hot chocolate and churros at a local café, and remember to visit the towering Palma Cathedral (La Seu). It is simply magnificent under the winter sun.

From quiet hikes in the Tramuntana to lively evening markets in Palma, we wish you a wonderful festive season filled with warmth and joy.

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! We can’t wait to share more of our island home with you in the New Year.
